most online orders are shipped within 48 hours of placing the order. its possible for an order to take upto 72 hours to ship if we are exceptionally behind or your order is exceptionally large. you can email email@example.com at any time to check on the progress of your order. you can also call 719-203-7250.
if your order is lost in transit, we will work with you to get another sent. if your order is not delivered due to a local postal delay, we will ask you give the carrier a call or a few days to sort it out before contacting us. of course, we will make sure you get your product, so when in doubt, just call or email us.
if an order is damaged in transit, we will assume the responsibility. email pictures of your damaged shipment to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get you taken care of.
- orders under $50 are charged $6 flat for FEDEX or UPS shipping.
- orders between $50-$100 are charged $4 for FEDEX or UPS shipping.
- all orders over $100 are shipped for free via FEDEX or UPS.
order tracking is available on every order. each order gets a dedicated order tracking page (URL) automatically sent via email. this page will show your order summary and tracking information.
